about us
CTC Medisource focuses on healthcare recruitment in the United States. We support hospitals, clinics, and care organizations in building strong, reliable teams designed for long‑term success. Every hiring decision in healthcare affects patient flow, labor costs, team morale, and compliance exposure. Our role is to reduce that risk through structured, selective recruitment.
We partner with healthcare employers committed to long‑term workforce strength and with professionals seeking well‑aligned career moves.`
OUR APPROACH
Define the workforce gap
We clarify why the
role exists and what
success looks like in
that setting.
Verify before submission
Licensure, certifications,
and experience are
reviewed prior to
representation.
Submit with intention
Profiles are shared
selectively, based on
defined standards and
role requirements.
Align for long term fit
Unit structure, leadership
style, and growth path
are evaluated for
retention.
Healthcare recruitment carries regulatory responsibility. Credential alignment is completed before interviews begin.
We verify active licensure, required certifications, and employment history prior to submission. Documentation is reviewed early to prevent avoidable delays or compliance gaps.
We support hospitals, health systems, specialty clinics, behavioral health centers, and long-term care facilities.
Our recruitment focus includes nursing, allied health, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals, and clinical leadership roles.
